The credits return to your balance automatically: on model errors, timeouts and content check rejections. Video is charged by actual length, images by the number delivered.
Yes, purchased credits last 90 days from purchase. The ones expiring soonest are spent first, and held credits don’t expire while a generation is running. The next expiry date is in the balance window in the header.

The Start, Pro or Ultra plan adds credits every 30 days and unlocks more generations at a time. Cancel anytime: your credits stay and the plan runs until the end of the paid period. With yearly billing, credits also arrive every month. One-time packs add credits only.
If a generation fails, credits come back automatically. You can get your money back for an unused pack or the first subscription payment within 14 days if none of its credits were used — contact support. You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.
