Template creator terms
Publishing templates in the gallery and the review process.
Effective October 4, 2026
1.Who can publish
Any user aged 18 or over whose account isn’t blocked can publish templates in the gallery. A template is made from your own successful result with your own prompt; you can’t turn a result of someone else’s template into a template. Each creator can have up to 50 templates.
By publishing a template, you accept these terms, the terms of service and the content rules.
2.Review
A new template starts as a private draft that only you can see and run. When you press Publish, a person reviews every version — title, description, fields, prompt and cover. We aim to review templates within 3 working days.
We approve templates that work, are described honestly and have a cover showing a real result. Reasons for rejection: explicit content, a real person, someone else’s brand or rights, a misleading cover, low quality, a duplicate of an existing template, or another reason we explain. The first three count as a content rule violation for the creator.
Editing a published template sends the new version for review, and the previous version stays in the gallery until the new one is approved.
3.Rights to the template and cover
You keep the rights to your template and cover. By publishing, you grant Vayai a free, worldwide licence, for as long as the template is published, to show the template and cover in the gallery, across the service and in its promotion, and you allow other users to run the template and use their results, including commercially.
You confirm that you hold the rights to everything in the template and cover, and that anyone shown on the cover has agreed to it. The cover is a copy of one of your own results; each version of a template has its own cover.
Once a template is unpublished or deleted, Vayai stops showing it; results other users have already received remain theirs.
5.Removal from the gallery
You can unpublish or delete a template at any time. Vayai removes a template from the gallery if it breaks the rules or a valid report is made against it. A template is also suspended pending a new review if the model provider’s moderation rejects results for three different buyers within 24 hours.
We tell you why a template was removed. You can appeal through the support form and a person will review the decision, as described in the content rules.
6.Rewards
Creators currently aren’t paid for runs of their templates. If we introduce a creator rewards programme, its terms, taxes and payouts will be described here, and taking part will be optional.
